Cable Organizer Functional Design
With its suitable external design for cable wrapping and internal socket holder, you can use your charging unit without the need for additional cable organizer devices. The locking mechanism on the socket holder prevents it from falling by itself.
Fully Compatible with Harsh Weather Conditions
The Hera charging unit, which is resistant to harsh weather conditions, has IP54/55 and IK10 durability standards. Thanks to its wide temperature range (-40°C to +50°C), it offers high performance in hot and cold climate conditions.
Pentagonal LED Design Noticeable from All Directions
The Hera charging unit has a pentagonal LED design that you can easily follow the charging status and is easy to notice from all directions. Our original LED design, inspired by the Hera logo, is an industrial design registered by the European Patent Office. The Pentagonal Status LED lights up in different colors and gives instant warning messages to the user:
Double Layer Polycarbonate Body
Hera charging unit, which has high resistance to external conditions, carries high temperature resistance and safety to the highest levels with its double layer Polycarbonate UL 94 V0 body structure. It has an IK10 level impact protection security certificate.
Ease of Installation Without Opening the Body
Hera charging unit can be installed practically, quickly and safely in a short time like 10 minutes with the connection panel on the back without opening the main body.
Charging with RFID Card
Hera charging unit is offered with 2 Slave (user) and 1 Master RFID cards, which make it safer to use in common areas, and unauthorized persons are prevented from charging.
Plug&Play Feature
You can start a practical and fast charge without the need for any authorization protocol by activating the Plug&Play feature for your individual areas
7.4kW and 22kW Adjustable Maximum Power Output
Hera charging unit, which is compatible with all electrical infrastructures, offers 1 and 3 phase connection options and adjustable power output. It can be used safely at 7.4kW maximum power output in 1 phase and 22kW in 3 phases and lower powers.
Automatic Phase Detection System
Even if your electrical infrastructure is not suitable, the internal phase detection system allows you to use your 3-phase charging unit in your 1-phase infrastructure. This system, which works automatically, determines the operating mode by scanning the network connection when the first power is given. No survey service is required for installation, and your costs are reduced.
Internal Protection and Security
You are always safe with the internal protection against overcurrent, low voltage, overvoltage, short circuit, high temperature, grounding control and instantaneous high voltages in the Hera charging unit. It also has an AC 30mA and DC 6mA RCD leakage current protection system.
Certification
Hera charging unit has successfully passed all relevant tests carried out by third-party European Union approved test laboratories. It has EMC (electromagnetic compatibility), LVD (low voltage directive), CE, RoHS, minimum IP54 protection class, IK10 impact protection class test reports and IEC 61851 standard.
Warranty and Service Support
When you register your charging unit from our website, we extend your 2-year standard warranty period by 1 more year free of charge. Hera offers quality and fast technical service throughout Turkey in terms of maintenance and repair. With our customer satisfaction-oriented approach, in case your Hera charging unit under warranty malfunctions, your product is replaced with a new one without repair, in accordance with the report kept by our technical service.
