How can I charge the vehicle?

After connecting the charging cable supplied with your electric vehicle to the charging unit, you can start the charging process with the key button on the device or with the RFID card or the payment system supported on the screen.  

With mobile payment at the charging points operated by MENTOR M-Charge, you can enter your GSM number on the screen on the device and make a payment on your invoice with the confirmation of the SMS you receive.

You can also perform the charging process with the M-Charge RFID member card loaded with credit with the payment you will make to us.

For points that are not operated by MENTOR M-Charge, you can use the payment method determined by the relevant business management.

What is the charging time of the vehicle?

The charging time varies between 30 minutes and 6 hours depending on the battery characteristics of the electric vehicle you have purchased.

I want to buy an M-Charge smart card, what should I do?

Please contact us for M-Charge smart card. When the application process is completed, the M-Şarj smart card specific to your name will be delivered to your address. 

Will I have a problem if I start the charging process before my vehicle is fully discharged or if I unplug it before it is fully charged?

Lithium-ion batteries are used in electric vehicles, and there is no memory effect problem for lithium-ion batteries. Therefore, it is not necessary to wait for these batteries to be fully discharged to charge them, and it will not be a problem to unplug your vehicle before it is fully charged.  

How long is the warranty of the charging units?

Charging units are guaranteed for 2 years.

Does the charger have fire, shock and lightning protection?

The charging units are manufactured in IP 54 protection class and thus, they are made resistant to adverse effects from the outside. In addition, it is protected against electrical malfunctions with the RCD protection system. 

While my electric vehicle is charging, is it a problem for someone else to charge their own vehicle by unplugging my cable?

It is not possible for someone without an M-Charge smart card to unplug the cable from the station or vehicle. Because charging ends with whichever M-Charge smart card it started with.
